Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Nindar Consulting ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you visit our website or use our services. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company, and the details of the roles you are hiring for — when you contact us, request a shortlist, or apply as a candidate.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to help us understand how the site is used and to improve it.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve our recruitment and HR services, to respond to your enquiries, to match candidates with roles, and to send you relevant updates you have asked to receive.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to deliver our services or comply with the law.

Bot protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

Our contact and job application forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which helps us tell real people apart from automated abuse. When you submit one of these forms, reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information — such as device and application data, IP address, and interaction data — and sends it to Google for analysis.

This information is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes; it is not used for personalized advertising by Google. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms).

We load reCAPTCHA only on pages that contain a form, so it is not active while you browse the rest of the site. If you would prefer not to use it, you can contact us by email instead using the address below.

Data retention & security

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
